Jessica Ashley, Shine staff | March 12, 2010
http://www.elcivics.com/produce_bag_food_lesson.jpgWhenever I'm buying bagged spinach or salad mix at the supermarket, I always go rummaging through the shelves to grab a bag from the back. Many dieters enjoy these drinks as an alternative to regular water, and they are just as hydrating.
