Honestly, is this Mother Nature's idea of a cruel joke? We bear children, get stretchmarks and our boobs sag. If that weren't enough, on top of the plethora of other bodily changes that come as a result of motherhood, many of us lose a bit of bladder control and pee while working out.

Years ago, I lived in Oregon and was a nanny for a family who did all sorts of Oregon-y things like composting and growing their own organic vegetables and using cloth diapers.
